Barbara Daulerio has joined the Oncology team at Bryn Mawr Hospital as of September 7, 2011. Her position is that of Oncology Nurse Navigator. Part of her responsibilities will be to act as a resource for any colorectal cancer patient at Bryn Mawr Hospital who has any questions about their treatment. In addition she will be responsible for keeping an accurate data base for all colon and rectal cancer patients, track their progress and evaluate their outcomes.
The addition of the Oncology Nurse Navigator position will greatly enhance the Colorectal Cancer Program and have a positive impact on the care and treatment of colon and rectal cancer patients at Bryn Mawr Hospital.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
The Bryn Mawr Hospital Colorectal Cancer Program awarded two Post-Secondary Education/College Scholarships in the amount of $1000 each to Jacqui Landmesser of Upper Merion area High School and Matt Valenti of Haverford Senior High School. The scholarships are awarded each year to graduating area high school seniors for essays written on how their lives have been impacted by colorectal cancer. Congratulations to Jacqui and Matt!

The slide show features images from our last Golf Outing held at the Edgmont Country Club. The world premiere of the Official 2010 Video Slide Show (below) shown in HD, was very well received. It was projected on a large plasma monitor featuring the music of, Black Eyed Peas.
